You place your order: Your parcel is shipped :
Before midnight, from Sunday to Thursday Afternoon in he day after -
From Friday to Sunday before midnight next Monday
For orders posted on public holiday, or a day before, one day more will be necessary.
In an exceptional way, an additional time could be necessary in order to validate your payment.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
Delivery
All our deliveries are ensured by the Post office.
The parcels are carried out in normal way in Metropolitan France, and "priority sending" towards the other destinations.
The time of routing of the Postal service is usually 2 days in Metropolitan France, from 2 to 4 days in the European Union, from 5 to 13 days in the rest of the world in express way and 8 minimum days in normal way.
The delivery of the parcel will be carried out with the address that you will have indicated to us on your order form.
In the event of payment by cheque, the order will be treated only after payment validation.
